My name is Salvatore and since 2020 I have been offering accommodation to tourists from all over the world driven by a strong vocation for authentic hospitality, the kind reserved for distant friends.
Il Tiglio is a lovely holiday home with private swimming pool, surrounded by typical Mediterranean olive groves, which with experience and through the feedback of my guests, I have furnished, perfecting it over time.
The house stands on a very quiet hill on the Amalfi Coast, Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi (see on the map), and offers an enchanting panoramic view of the valley and the sea of the Gulf of Naples. The garden adjacent to the house has a large solarium with sun loungers, where you can enjoy carefree days of relaxation between dips and sunbathing. Furthermore, always in the garden, you will have at your disposal a large area equipped with tables and chairs, a BBQ area and a wood-fired pizza oven, and if you wish I will be happy to organize a pizza party, or a barbecue based on fresh meat or fish .
Another convenience you will find at Il Tiglio is the large private parking right under the house, perfect for keeping your car safe throughout your stay, and especially convenient on check-in and check-out days.
Interiors
As a family or in a group, at Casa Il Tiglio you will not have problems with tight spaces. In fact, the accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The rooms are large and bright and all have windows or balconies.
The terraces have an enchanting panoramic view of the hills and are equipped to allow you to spend relaxing hours outdoors and, why not, eat your meals while admiring the view.
In the bedrooms you have air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside tables to store your things and throughout the house there is an excellent WiFi coverage (free internet).
Living room and kitchen are also spacious and well furnished with TV, microwave, oven and gas stove.

A few words about the location.
Il Tiglio holiday home is located about 600 meters from the center of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, a small tourist hill village that takes its name from the exclusive position overlooking the two gulfs, that of Naples and that of Salerno.
A few minutes’ walk away you will have a supermarket and many small food shops, local craft shops, ice cream and pastry shops with typical products, bars, wine bars and excellent restaurants and pizzerias (even the starred restaurant Don Alfonso).
Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi is also chosen by tourists for its proximity to the major tourist attractions.
In fact, the location is strategic for reaching destinations such as Sorrento (10 km), the beach of Marina del Cantone (8.9 km) and that of Puolo (8.8 km) in just a few minutes by car or public bus, Positano (13 km) and many other popular tourist destinations.
If you are trekking addicted, a destination not to be missed is definitely the Ieranto Bay (FAI natural park). For trekking lovers there is also Crapolla Fjord and many interesting footpaths.
Furthermore, from Sorrento it is very simple to reach the island of Capri, by sea – I also provide a private transfer service with my boat – and the archaeological Heritage of Pompeii by train.
